STOCKTON – Police investigated a report of a person shot with a pellet gun Saturday night.
Shortly before midnight police responded to the 900 block of West Second Street for a report of a person shot. Arriving officers located a victim with injuries consistent with a pellet gun. The victim had been struck in the face and arm.
Early reports indicate a passenger in a dark colored vehicle fired a weapon at the victim as they drove through the area and left before police arrived. An ambulance was called to treat the victim.
